Inspiration

'It's healthy to admit your not okay. It's okay not to be okay it's brave. But don't let it win.'
Its okay not to be okay, and its good to admit that you aren't okay, because once you have realise that you aren't okay, and admitted it, even if it is just to yourself that you aren't okay, it is the first step towards becoming okay, and changing how you feel. We all have moments when we aren't happy, or just don't feel content, and that is fine, you are human, but what is important is admitting that something needs to happen in order to be happy and content in life. Don't let it keep you down or stop you living life, you are strong enough to over come it.
