Confidence

'Confidence should come from you and shouldn't ever have to be intoxicated with anything to make you feel like you can be confident, i.e. alcohol or drugs.'

Confidence is key; you need to have confidence in yourself, which is found within rather than props to give you confidence.  It takes time to find your confidence fully and you have to be patient but it will come and when you get your confidence the wait will be worth while.
