Knock-backs

'It's crazy what you learn through knock-backs.'
-Jessie J, Nice To Meet You
The knock-backs are what shape us. They are what make us into the person we are today. Without them we wouldn't strive forwards to prove them wrong, and show them if we get knocked down, we will get back up on your feet, dust ourselves off and continue striving and achieve great! You have to learn from the knock-backs not let them stop us, because we are strong enough to get back up, and show everyone what we are made of, because you are tougher than you think!

Giving Up

I'll be honest, there were times when I felt like giving up.'
Everyone, including Jessie J gets to a certain point where they feel like giving up, Jessie J has worked exceptionally hard for her place in the music industry and still continues to, and even now she might have a day where she feels like giving up, and thats completely normal. Sometimes things won't always go the way we had planned, and sometimes we feel like we have nothing left to give, just hold on! You are stronger than you think, and you can do it, no matter how hard it may seem, giving up isn't an option, bumps i there road are what we need to keep us concentrated on the goal, keep us on the right path headed to our dreams becoming a reality.
… so when you feel like giving up, keep your faith, just don't give up on your dreams, you can achieve anything!

Happen For A Reason

'It can take a long time to work out why, but I believe some things happen for a reason.'
-Jessie J, Nice To Meet You
It can take longer than you think to figure out why something has happened, but no matter how long it takes you will come to terms with it, and it will be a minor bump in the road, without these we would not become the person we are meant to be, and grow into. it may not seem something has happened for a reason, but it has, because every experience and event in our life, allows us to learn to appreciate, to learn, to grow, to let go and to believe. Don't spend too much time worrying over it, because all will come clear over time.

Think Positive Thoughts

'I believe that if you drown in doubt and negativity, it wont help you. Laughter, good energy and positive thinking are much more beneficial.'
- Jessie J, Nice To Meet You
You can't live a positive life, a full of life, with a negative mind. Positive thinking evokes more energy, more ambition, this is how a positive thinker sees the invisible, feels the intangible, allowing them to achieve the impossible! Don't feed your mind with negative thoughts because it is easier to believe the bad than the good, especially when you hear it more. A single small positive thought in the morning can change your entire day, and although it can't solve all your problems, its a good start and will annoy enough people to make your effort worth while. So keep positive and things will be brighter.

'sometimes the words hurt more than the bruises.'

- Jessie J, Nice To Meet You
They say sticks and stones may break my bones but words can never hurt me, is partly true, words can break bones, but the can break hearts and the will for people to continue. Words don't leave scars to the visible eye, but they can leave a nasty mark left on the heart, that will never ever be healed. Words can break souls, stop some one from believing, dreaming and even living. Remember to think before you say, because once it is said it can never be taken back, it can only be forgiven but never forgotten, it can stay with someone for the rest of their lives… so think.

Different, Change, Growth

Different is good
Change is normal
Growth is important
- Jessie J
Change isn't something to fear, it is instead something we should embrace. For without change, nothing in the world would ever grow or blossom. No one would ever move forward to find the reason we were put here, and become the person we want to be. So go out into the world, with out fear, take a chance now and again, because that's how we learn, grow and triumph.
