Teenage Cancer Trust 2012

Jessie j performed on day 5; Sunday, April 1st of Teenage Cancer Trust 2012. Which she got the honour of headlining the teenage cancer trust concerts rather than just supporting as she did in 2011. Jessie J is always trying to show people their not alone, and what better way than supporting a very important charity in which most probably a lot of young people feel very alone and isolated, and need to be shown their not.

Jessie J first performed in support of Teenage Cancer Trust on Day 7 of the 2011 concerts, however, this was only as a support act and not as a headliner, Jessie J supported Tinie Temper at this Teenage Cancer Trust. No matter whether she is support some one or headlining, she was still supporting an amazing cause that she believes in.

Sorry I haven't posted these past three days, been busy over Christmas. I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas, and got everything they wished for and more! Spent time with their loved ones, and enjoyed all the time they spent with them. Christmas seemed to take a whole lot of preparation, yet was over in a flash, but it's a great time to enjoy and catch up with everyone.

We Found Love

'We Found Love' is a song by the recording artist Rihanna, from her sixth studio album Talk That Talk. It features Calvin Harris, who wrote and produced the song. 'We Found Love' was a major commercial success, which in the United States, the song topped the Billboard Hot 100 for ten non-consecutive weeks.

Jessie J's cover of Rihanna’s ‘We Found Love’ is so amazing, she brings a new meaning to the song, Jessie J always puts in so much passion and emotion, with all her effort into whatever she sings. Jessie J has incredible talent, and has done an out standing cover of this song, her voice is just outstanding!

Price Tag Cover

The six super talented sisters that make up Cimorelli;  Christina (21), Katherine (19), Lisa (17), Amy (16), Lauren (13), and Dani (11). They all sung amazingly on an a cappella version of Jessie J's song 'Price Tag' which they uploaded onto YouTube. They then went on to record a cover of Jessie J's song 'Price Tag' which was released on Cimorelli's first EP they released user the label their signed to 'Universal', but their second EP. Cimorelli are incredibly talented, their performing, their songwriting, and their singing.

I Wanna Dance With Somebody

This song won the Grammy Award For Best Female Pop Vocal Performance at the 30th Grammy Awards, and in later years it was considered a 1980's gem. The single was a success, topping the charts in thirteen countries including Australia, Germany and the UK. In the US, it became Whitney Houston's fourth consecutive number one single, selling over one million copies; it's her second biggest hit in the US, after 'I Will Always Love You'.

Jessie J appears on the album 'Dermot O'Leary Presents the Saturday Sessions 2011 'with this song. Jessie J's talent shines through with whatever she sings, writes or performs, she is incredible, but it just shows how powerful and out of this world her voice is!

Price Tag 

"Price Tag" (Rizzle Kicks vs. Rural Remix)

Rizzle Kicks are an English hip hop duo from Brighton consisting of Jordan "Rizzle" Stephens and Harley "Sylvester" Alexander-Sule. Their debut album Stereo Typical was released October 31 2011. Both Harley and Jordan attended The Brit School, which is the same school Jessie J attended, they are also both signed to the same record label Island Records. The remix features the vocals of Jessie J and Rizzle Kicks, making it more of a remix than a cover of Price Tag, whatever if is, its good.

'I Have Nothing' Cover by Jessie J

'I Have Nothing' was relaxed by Whitney Houston, on February 20th 1993, which became yet another hit for Whitney Houston, as it peaking at number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100, and becoming certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America. It is a very popular song that a lot of people, know and have grown up listening to, including Jessie J, which is one of the reasons she covered it. Jessie J's cover of Whitney Houston's song 'I Have Nothing' was uploaded in 2010. Jessie J has come so far since then, but it just shows how much support she had back then… and just how much she still has.

Who You Are Cover

Cimorelli are an amazing group of six sister; Christina (21), Katherine (19), Lisa (17), Amy (16), Lauren (13), and Dani (11). The group became popular on YouTube performing songs in an A Capella style, their voices fuse together perfectly in unison, not only can they sing incredibly they write their own songs. Both Jessie J and Cimorelli are signed to Island Records, and have amazing talent, in singing, performing and songwriting.

Get Here

Get Here is a pop ballad written by American singer/songwriter Brenda Russell which became an international hit by Oleta Adams, when she realised it in 1990, reaching number 4 in the United Kingdom and  number 5 in the United States. Get Here is one of Jessie J's favourite songs, Jessie J has recored Get Here with Jools Holland for his new album. Jessie J's voice on this track is perfect… just as normal, her voice is so powerful and outstanding.

Nice to Meet You Tour

Nice to Meet You Tour will be Jessie J's first arena tour. Which will consist of Jessie J play seventeen arena dates across the United Kingdom and Ireland. The tour will be in support of her upcoming second studio album which is to be relaxed next year.

Jessie J has done so well with her career after all the hard work she has put into it, and never given up, she deserves this chance to have her own arena tour, her voice is just the most amazing voice! Her talent is just out of this world, and her tour will no doubt be truly incredible too!

Heartbeat Tour

Jessie J's Heartbeat tour consisted of 29 shows in total, with 11 shows in UK, which has two extra dates added to the for due tom popular demands. The Heartbeat Tour had three legs to it which saw Jessie J visit Europe, South America, Oceania and Asia. 

Two dates added due to popular demand UK. The tour was once again in support of her amazing debut album Who You Are.

After the massive success of the her debut album Who You Are her Heartbeat Tour could only help her gain more success across the globe, her voice is just incredible and should be known and heard all around the world, its amazing to hear her on an iPod or the internet but seeing her live is just… exceptional!

Stand Up Tour

Jessie J's tour Stand Up consisted of 7 shows from the end of March to the start of April in 2011 went around England, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland. The tour was in support of her debut album, Who You Are, which had massive success in the UK charts as it charted at number 2, and charted in the top ten in a number of other countries too.

Jessie J has had massive success with her debut album Who You Are and what better way to show why it charted on the UK charts at number 2 than go on tour, not only the album but her insane talent!

Bring Ya To The Brick

Bring Ya To The Brick was the tenth official Cyndi Lauper's own tour that she was promoting an album. The shows were in Japan, Europe and South America, in a total of 32 concerts in 21 countries. Jessie J was also the support act in the Uk leg of Cyndi Lauper's tour Bring Ya To The Brick, as the opening act of the tour, in 2008. However during the Bring Ya To The Brick tour during the UK dates, Jessie J was invited onto the stage by Cyndi Lauper to sing 'Girls Just Want To Have Fun' with her. An incredible experience that many people could only dream of! Although Jessie J certainly deserves it, her talent is just out of this world. Cyndi Lauper has had an impressive career, and so will Jessie J, but being able to perform with such an amazing performer is an extraordinary way to begin a career.

Tangled Up Tour

The Tangles Up Tour was the fourth concert tour by the British all-female pop group Girls Aloud. The tour was twenty-four shows at arenas across the UK and Ireland.The tour started in Belfast on May 3rd 2008 and concluded in Birmingham on June 4th 2008. Jessie J was one of the five opening acts, including The Saturdays. A great opportunity to show off her incredible talent to a wide audience, that she probably wouldn't haven't been able to if she hadn't had the opportunity to perform on the tour. Jessie J is amazing live, and performing is what she loves most, so where better than on tour, even if she is a support act, her talent is exceptional, and deserves to be shown.

Who You Are

Who You Are has been featured in two films, both very different from each other, first featured in Step Up 3D a 2010 American 3D dance film. Then once again in 'Demons Never Die, a 2011 British slasher film. However Who You Are was not featured on the 'Step Up 3D' soundtrack, but was put into the 'Demons Never Die' soundtrack album. Who You Are was featured on Step Up 3D nine months before Jessie J released her debut album Who You Are and the single of Who You are wasn't release until sixteen months later than when it was featured.

Jessie J has amazing voice, and has amazing opportunities to showcase her voice and incredible talent, even before she released her album.

Jessie J recored this song for the romantic comedy 'Silver Linings Playbook'. This sing was written by Diane Warren a grammy award wining songwriter.

This quote is amazing, it sums up life pretty much. We  have to keep strong, even when we don't feel like we can, we are stronger than we think. Always believe, dreams do come true, even to ever day run of the mill people, like me and you… so long as we never lose faith and give in, you have to work to get anywhere in life, never ever give up. Even when you feel alone in a crowded room there is still someone somewhere that is there for you, even if you don't exactly know them.
